Electric wire fell in rain water which caused current in that water. A man died from that current. Let us say it was an accident, but notice the inhumanity of K-Electric (KESC) that they didn't reached the accident place even after hours and neither they switched off the electricity so that the dead body can be taken. They (K-Electric or KESC) were called and told about the accident.
